Delivery Terms
1. Delivery Methods
EasyTrack offers two delivery methods for your GPS trackers:
- Installation at a certified partner: Your tracker is delivered directly to the partner of your choice, who installs it on your vehicle. This service is included in your order.
- Home installation: A technician comes to the address of your choice to install the tracker. A travel fee of CHF 50 applies.
2. Delivery Costs
Delivery and installation fees are included when you choose installation at a certified partner.
For home installation, an additional fee of CHF 50 is charged to cover the technician's travel.
3. Delivery Times
Once payment is completed:
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details
- Our team will contact you within 24-48 business hours to schedule the installation
- Installation is generally completed within 5 to 10 business days depending on availability
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once the installation is complete, you will receive:
- An activation confirmation by email
- Your login credentials for the EasyTrack platform
- A quick start guide
- Technical support contact information
5. Delivery Area
Our delivery and installation services are available only in Switzerland.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase are used as legal basis. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, in particular by articles 184 and following of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.
The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
