Return Policy
1° Return Terms for Subscriptions
EasyTrack subscriptions are taken out for a minimum period of 12 months. During this period, no refunds will be made on monthly payments already invoiced.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current commitment period.
2° Return Terms for GPS Trackers
GPS equipment (trackers) can be returned within 10 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The equipment must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The equipment must be in perfect condition
- The return must be made with a tracking number as proof of shipment
In this case, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
3° Return Terms for Installation Services
Once the installation service has been performed at a certified partner or at home, no refund will be possible for this service.
4° Return Terms for Activation Fees
Activation fees are final and non-refundable, as they correspond to the configuration and activation of your tracker on our platform.
5° Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase are used as the legal basis. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, in particular by articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.
The place of jurisdiction is established in Geneva, Switzerland.
