1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: GTC) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales offered by Yannick Zoller, under the trade name EasyTrack, having its legal address at Chemin des Troènes 9, 1213 Petit-Lancy, Switzerland (hereinafter EasyTrack).

2. Purchase

a) General Principle
Any order on EasyTrack constitutes acceptance of these GTC by the buyer.

b) Confirmation
Any successful purchase is subject to a confirmation message on your browser and a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the purchase. The sales contract is deemed concluded at the time of purchase confirmation. The order must be completed within 24 hours after the order confirmation or according to the terms and completion deadlines defined for each order.

c) Buyer's Obligation
The buyer undertakes to provide valid contact details when placing the order and to pay the requested price in case of payment by invoice.

d) Buyer's Domicile
Only buyers domiciled in Switzerland can order products and services on EasyTrack.

e) Right of Dispute
The purchase may be disputed by the buyer within a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the sales contract. This dispute must be made in writing (email or letter) that EasyTrack must confirm having received.

f) Prices
Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), excluding VAT.

g) Exchanges and Return Policy
If you return the acquired material within 10 days (with a tracking number as proof of shipment), unopened, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs are also at your expense.

Subject to contrary provisions of these GTC, EasyTrack acknowledges the confidentiality of the information that the buyer communicates during the order and undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties.

The buyer has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning them. To exercise these rights, the user will contact EasyTrack by verifying their identity.

5. Modifications to the GTC

EasyTrack may modify these GTC. It will inform buyers of changes made on the easytrack.ch website. The version in force at the time of the order is binding in the contractual relationship between the buyer and EasyTrack.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In case of dispute, the GTC in force at the time of purchase are used as the legal basis. These GTC are governed by Swiss law, in particular by articles 184 and following of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.

The legal jurisdiction is established in Geneva, Switzerland.
